Drone Fertiliser Spreading
Aero-Crop provides professional drone fertiliser spreading services across the UK. Our agricultural drones can apply granular products quickly and precisely without driving machinery across the crop or soil.
Operating from the air avoids wheel marks and soil compaction while providing access to wet, steep or difficult terrain. This allows applications to be carried out where ground-based machinery may be impractical or unsafe.
Granular products we can apply include:
Drone Seeding
Our drone seeding services provide a fast and flexible way to establish:
Drone seeding can establish cover and catch crops directly into a standing crop, often several weeks before harvest — a timing window that ground-based machinery may not be able to achieve.
Introducing seed before harvest can give the new crop an earlier start while the standing crop provides some protection from wind, heat and heavy rainfall. This can create favourable conditions at soil level for germination and early establishment.
When the main crop is harvested, the cover crop can already be establishing, providing earlier ground cover, nutrient capture and soil protection.
Where drones make the difference
Drones are particularly suited to steep, wet and difficult-to-access land where operating tractors or other machinery may be challenging or unsafe.
Steep land shouldn't mean risking lives or machinery. There's a safer way.
