Aero-Crop provides professional glasshouse shading by drone, applying specialist shading coatings quickly and evenly across glasshouse roofs. The same approach can also be used on suitable polytunnels, helping growers manage excessive solar radiation and high temperatures during the summer.

Drone application removes the need for staff to work on roofs or gutters and requires no permanent pipework, pumps or roof-mounted spraying systems. Shading can be applied efficiently across large or complex structures with minimal disruption to growing operations.

Applications can be timed according to growing conditions, giving growers a flexible way to introduce shading when it is needed.

  Shading Removal & Cleaning

At the end of the shading season, we can also apply specialist removal products by drone to help break down and remove shading coatings.

For systems such as ReduSol, ReduClean can be applied to loosen and disintegrate the existing coating so that it can be washed away, while also helping to clean the glass surface.

Drone application allows the removal treatment to be distributed across large roof areas while reducing the need for staff to access the roof.
